Graph visualization of what diseases overlap or connect. Unfortunately, it's not that useful or easy to read-- connections between diseases are shown as simple arcs, and all arcs seem to have the same distance weight. Size of nodes indicates patient population, which is important info to show, but it does not help in the disease comparison task.

I would have made an interactive disease-centric visualization. When a disease is selected, overlapping diseases would be moved in the display such that the size of those nodes and the amount of actual node overlap shown correlates with the overlap in the data.
